Jeanine attended Calvin College then graduated from Purdue University with Honors. She was a restaurant manager at Disney, then met Dennis in Chicago. Jeanine and Dennis have been married for 29 years and have three children.
Her primary responsibilities are employee benefits, life insurance, and income planning for retirement. Cutting-edge solutions are something Jeanine enjoys learning about and implementing. She truly enjoys getting to know her clients. Building lasting relationships is important to her.
Jeanine is involved in 2 local areas Chamber of Commerce, the local food pantry, and her church. After work, Jeanine enjoys tending to her large flower garden, planning family dinners, and shopping for deals to donate to the food pantry. Dennis Kinzie

Dennis attended Indiana University. He has spent many years following the stock market and owning stocks and indexed accounts.
Dennis enjoys educating and assisting people with retirement plans and Medicare. He founded the company knowing people deserved more attention than they were getting for their insurance needs. You can find Dennis glued to the stock market and political scene throughout the week.
On the weekend, Dennis enjoys time at the lake, cookouts, playing frisbee with the dogs, and hanging out with friends. He also enjoys coin collecting.

Spencer Kinzie

Spencer graduated from the University of Houston – Cum Laude with a B.A. in Finance in May 2018. He chose to join the family business in 2018 after seeing the intrinsic rewards of educating & helping people find peace of mind in complex coverage options. Spencer’s primary responsibility is the Individual clients who need health insurance either on or off the Marketplace. He’s been instrumental in implementing the Simerp, which saves group employees and employers on taxes.
Spencer enjoys live music festivals, building computers and sound systems. He also enjoys making big meals for his family and friends. His favorite activities are gaming, Virtual Reality systems, hiking, camping, & disc golfing with his big group of friends.

Mitchell Kinzie

Mitch currently attends Davenport University and is majoring in Business Finance. He is studying corporate communications and marketing. He spent his summer learning about health insurance and filling in at the office as needed. Mitch plans on helping his clients with their investments after graduation. Mitch’s friendly smile is welcoming and puts people at ease. He loves politics and watches the markets closely.
Mitch enjoys traveling, trying new foods, gaming, his dog, and his friends. He will never turn down a chance to get the smoker loaded and grill out.
Brenda Ricketts
Brenda has over 20 years in the insurance industry. She that been an important part of the Great Lakes Insurance team since 2017, as the Group Client Administrator. She takes great pride in making sure the group plans are meeting our clients’ needs.
Brenda has two sons. Ben is 16 and Alec is 28. When she’s not in the office she enjoys driving her Ford Mustang. In the summer you can find her working in her yard or enjoying the beach.
Jenn Hacht
Jen joined the Great Lakes Insurance team in October of 2021. She comes to us after 18 years in the dental field. Jen brings with her a vast knowledge of social media networking and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Her role as Communications Director entails raising awareness of insurance needs and coordinating volunteer opportunities within the community.
Jen is married to her husband Chuck. They have three children, Morgan is 22, Brogan is 15, and Addison is 10. When she is not in the office, you can find her at one of her child’s sporting events. She also enjoys being a blog owner and navigating life through laughter.
